This icon of the Holy Trinity is the work of the Russian monk Andrei Rublyov (student of the hagiographer Theophanis) in 1515 AD, for the decoration of the Ascension Cathedral in Moscow. It is considered one of the greatest works of art for its theological synthesis, the richness of symbolism and its superior artistic value. It is exhibited at the Tretiakov Gallery in Moscow.
The vivid colors of the original icon have been faithfully reproduced with the most advanced screen printing technique that involves up to forty passages.
The icons are presented in an elegant box that reproduces a page in Greek from the Old Testament.
