Il 1° Maggio 2027 ricorre l'80° anniversario della Strage di Portella della Ginestra.
Il tradizionale corteo del 1° maggio 2026 sarà anticipato e seguito da numerosi eventi collaterali che includono talk, concerti, momenti di convivio.
Il Primo Maggio a Portella della Ginestra.
Subito dopo la deposizione delle corone di fiori nella cappella delle vittime al cimitero di Piana degli Albanesi, alle ore ore 9,30 avrà inizio il concentramento presso la Casa del Popolo di Piana degli Albanesi, da dove partirà il corteo fino al Memoriale di Portella della Ginestra. A seguire, il comizio, che sarà aperto dalla lettura dei nomi delle vittime.
